IEA Summit Start Times
The map
below has been created to help identify the start times of the IEA Summit
2003. The gathering of people from
around the world makes it difficult to coordinate time. Following the Summit we will be adding
several additional maps that identify locations of IEA participants. The summit
will start at 9:30pm (21:30) GMT on Friday, November 21, 2003. Please calculate start times based on the map
below. If you have questions please email

We will continue to expand the use of Global Information Systems (GIS) data to better understand and convey information about global issues. Maps will be used to help visualize this data. Large-scale maps (such as global maps) present display challenges in terms of download time. We will work to minimize/optimize maps and graphical data when possible, but at times effective display of this data will require larger downloads.
