Statement: The information you submit will only be used to give us an
idea of how many people will be attending the summit. We will not
provide the information you submit to other groups or individuals.
We will plan to mail out the conference itinerary about a week before
the summit as a reminder and to update you on summit events.
Your country
and the number of people that will be viewing the presentation from that
location is important! It will be used as data the day of the summit to
demonstrate an exciting new way to display data visually in the 3D
environment. We will provide a brief demonstration of population
density in 3D using the data to visualize the participation density by
country.
Only one
person needs to be in world to share this event with others. We
encourage you to bring together classes of students or gather your staff
and project the Summit events to larger groups. This first Summit
is aimed at increasing exposure to the use of multi-user 3D technology
as a means for collaboration.
You can use
the
Summit Invite page to inform others
about the event as well.
If you would
like to talk with someone or have specific questions, please email us
and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
